Cooking is not only fun, it also conjures up delicious dishes. Due to the stressful everyday life, however, many no longer have much leisure to stand at the stove after work.

Ready meals from the supermarket, snacks and the delivery service from next door are therefore booming. Cooking is not difficult at all! Every week we present several delicious recipes for you to cook and try on our Facebook page Food. On offer today:

★ Sesame Chicken ★

You need:

► 300g chicken breast fillet ► Salt and pepper ► 3 tbsp flour ► 2 tbsp sesame oil ► 1 tbsp olive oil ► 1 clove of garlic ► 1 tbsp soy sauce ► 1 tbsp brown sugar ► 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar ► some chicken broth ► 2 tbsp sesame seeds

That's how it works: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix the chicken broth, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar in a bowl and set aside for now. Rub the chicken with salt, pepper, and flour. Then fry it with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and olive oil on each side for about 3 minutes. Now pour the mixture over it and stir until the chicken is coated on all sides. Now the pan comes in the oven for around 20 minutes. Then sprinkle it with sesame seeds and serve with rice and vegetables.
