This includes our part-time models, which are tailored to your situation, but also help in finding suitable childcare or support through mentoring from experienced BCG students who are already parents. Our project business also offers great advantages in terms of flexibility compared to other jobs. A return to the same position at BCG is possible at any time without having to step backwards.
