Can we get BDS at 70 percentiles

Worry about fine diagnostics

Question:

Dear Professor Hackelöer,
after my husband and I went to a university clinic yesterday for detailed diagnostics (Degum3), I'm a little worried. The ultrasound took place at 23 + 0 and the following values were obtained:

FOD 70.5 (24 percentiles)
KU 190.8 (7 percentile)
However, measured in Bel.

And now my concern:

The AU was 162.5mm (11th percentile)
Estimated weight 441g (3rd percentile)
The values of the extremities were all around 32 to 57 percentiles.
Grannum grade 0

4 weeks ago the AU was 19 + 0 at 139mm.
The fetal and my Doppler values were rated as normal. The gynecologist should only have a check-up in 5 to 6 weeks, due to the growth in the lower percentiles. There was no evidence of malformations or other abnormalities. The post-trance parence and nasal bone measurements up to 13 weeks were also completely normal.

How do you see the values?
Thank you for your time.

Answer to:

Worry about fine diagnostics

Hello sweater,
if a DEGUM 3 examiner considered this to be normal and only in 5-6 weeks as requiring control, I would also accept this as such. I cannot judge this differently from a distance and without my own examination. The weight is with the 3rd percentile However, this is already low. Whether this is due to measurement technology or otherwise, only a second opinion by another examiner could clarify or you could agree that this will be checked in 2-3 weekends.
All the best
Prof. Hackelöer
