Is there really hope for me

Yes there is! - HOPE for me and this world

you helps us to live purposefully today'Cause we know there will be a new day In the worst situations in life, she reckons it will get better.

An observation

For many people, uncertainty has become the predominant attitude towards life today.
And there are many reasons for that. To enumerate them all here would be a waste of time, because one only needs to look at the global political situation, at diseases, hunger, economic dependencies or even at personal questions and problems.

This is not about questions like “Which profession should I choose?” Or “Where can I find the cheapest insurance?” Or even questions that are even easier to answer. - no

It is often about very fundamental questions that affect our future:

“How can we go on living, even survive with all the problems in this world? The destruction of large parts of nature, the growing world population, the unjust distribution of livelihoods and the increasingly rapid disappearance of life-sustaining values. - Is the power of the fittest really the decisive principle of life? ”“ How will responsible governments react to the abuse of power, threats and flaring up conflicts? ”It is no wonder when sheer fear repeatedly seizes us.

What's happening?
The problem obviously lies deep within us humans, because history has shown that we humans have not yet managed to find a solution to these important questions. On the contrary: arguments, bullying, fraud, class struggle, war, terror, environmental destruction, fun society without real joy and satisfaction, fear, hunger, financial worries, etc. - we don't like hearing any more because it has become part of the everyday life of mankind. And mathematicians will probably calculate the prospect that this will change with an almost infinitely small probability - so hopeless! Really?

A look at ourselves
Our life experience often shows us that we do not have everything under control ourselves: We become ill unexpectedly, suffer an accident or another misfortune hits us. And if it doesn't affect us ourselves, it affects others, perhaps even someone from our relatives or from our circle of acquaintances. Suffering, sickness, pain and death are permanent and always.
We don't have a grip on ourselves either. We do or say something that causes ourselves or others to suffer. If we're honest, a situation from the recent past is bound to come to mind. That makes us sad, maybe even angry. In some cases we even acted against our own conviction of what is good or against what we would wish for ourselves to be good. Afterwards, we are often deeply affected by it, we may be ashamed and no longer find the courage to face life that makes us happy.

Can we help ourselves? Obviously not. Our experience is: The problem is in us humans, like an illness. Because of that we can't really help ourselves somehow.

But is there no hope at all?

If someone could really help us, then only someone who has himself under control.
Someone who does not allow himself to be distracted by whatever circumstances and who can heal diseases, eliminate hardship and pain and actually bring the dead back to life.
In addition, the person would have to have character: giving selflessly, loving, honest, patient and merciful. Someone who does all that is good with joy and from the heart and not for selfish reasons. Because only then would the foundation be laid for what is good to last.

Real question:
If you ask people whether they know someone who is or was like that - and you can ask yourself this question at this moment and only then read on - - - - - - - - -,
so one hears the following answers again and again: Jesus of Nazareth, Jesus Christ and God.
And these answers do not only come from people who profess Christianity.

An offer

If you get involved and believe what the Bible says about Jesus Christ, you will discover a God who is love in person. And because of that, he's righteous. He only does what is right and does not judge arbitrarily, but justly. Even if many claim the opposite, God has proven through his vicarious death on the cross that he loves his creatures infinitely. In doing so, he fulfilled all the requirements of his eternal law of love - he did not just speak of it. By dying for our guilt - and everyone knows the guilty conscience - he took the punishment in my and your place. So we can confess to God everything that presses us in guilt and - HE forgives. The guilt is then taken from us. Even better: through his spirit, which he wants to give us, he then enables us to keep his law, the ten commandments, the law of love, and to live as HE imagined life was: Paradise was lost, but it can be regained by trusting God and His Word. Since we are not the same as flawless people, God patiently forgives us. He remains loyal to us because he loves his creatures. Trust the correctness of God's words in the Bible!

Our answer:
We profess to believe that Jesus Christ is God incarnate. He has the answers to our questions and is the only one with a solution to our personal problems and also to the problems of this world.

Nobody else was like HE! We stand behind this answer because we have experienced it ourselves. He gave us inner peace, freedom from guilt and hope in life. Talking to HIM and reading the Bible from him is fun and gives answers to many questions in life. Experiences others have with him also strengthen our faith.

Because the solution does not come from ourselves and from this planet earth, but from heaven, through God, our Creator, we have used this image of the Orion Nebula for this article.

But back to the future questions of this world:

Our credo - are we still committed to it?
We live in a country that was shaped by Christianity. Christians say in their creed:

“Jesus Christ ... ascended to heaven;
he sits at the right hand of God the Almighty Father; from there he will come to judge the living and the dead. "

We firmly believe that the Messiah, Jesus of Nazareth, will return in the near future, as the Bible says in the first chapter of the Revelation section (verse 7): “See, he comes with the clouds and every eye will see him even those who pierced him; and all the families of the earth will beat each other on the breast because of him! Yes, amen "

Jesus Christ will come again.

The Bible actually speaks of this really important event over 300 times. But did we ever think of it? And if so, do we ask why, how and when is this going to happen?

Who doesn't want to know what great events will soon come to mankind?
No clairvoyant or other magicians will reliably reveal this to us - they have often been wrong and, as the henchmen of evil, plunge us into deep hardships of all kinds. And science, too, can only say what could happen if something is already becoming apparent.
We don't need fortune tellers or any churches to learn more about this greatest event of all time and what happened before it.

Everyone can find the answer for themselves
Anyone looking for an answer has the opportunity to read about it for themselves. The predictions of God in the world bestseller Bible can be tested. There we are called by God himself to check with the help of history (which has already expired) whether God's statements in the Bible are true. It's an exciting journey of discovery.

Jesus is coming again, but he stays in the clouds
Just so much in advance: At this coming Jesus will not come to this earth again. He will bring to heaven all those who trust him and stand true to him and his words out of gratitude and love.
In Paul's letter to the Christian community in Thessalonica, in chapter 4, verses 16 and 17, this event is described as follows:
“For he himself, the LORD, will come down from heaven with a field-cry and the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are alive and remain will be drawn up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so will be with the Lord always. "

Jesus Christ himself tells us:
Do not frighten your heart! Believe in God and believe in me!
There are many apartments in my father's house; if not, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you.
And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to me, so that you too can be where I am.
(Gospel of John chapter 14, verses 1 - 3)

Hope that helps healing
This hope and trust in the loving God gives us strength to live even in difficulties and thus contributes significantly to our health. God suffers with us when things go badly for us, because he describes himself as merciful. When Jesus was on earth, he showed that it is so. He showed himself to be the great doctor. The Bible tells us that God wants all people to be helped and that they recognize what the truth is, who they are, where the suffering comes from and what God is like. He looks after each of us - also through other people, maybe also through you? Sharing the reason for our hope is a pleasure!

Discover the God of the Bible and take him at his word! We wish that from reading the Bible you will find the hope you need for your life and that the goal of meeting Jesus Christ with open arms will become the most rewarding goal of your life.

A book on the subject of questions about the future
We are also happy to offer you an interesting book on current and future world events, which presents statements from the Bible and places them in historical context:
The book "Jesus Christ Comes Again" is an excerpt from the world-famous bestseller "Vom Schatten zum Licht" (The Great Struggle, The Great Conflict) by Ellen G. White.

This book makes it clear where the journey is going! It sensitively answers questions such as:

- How will Jesus Christ come again?
- What events will happen before that?
- How can I prepare?
- When will this all take place?

- Why is there evil, suffering and death at all?
- what is god like?

- How can I understand God's word correctly?
- Are all of God's commandments still valid?

- What if we die?
- What do I have to do to be saved?
- How can I imagine the sky?
