19 Cool Gmail Tricks Everyone Should Know

Gmail is one of the most popular email service providers available on the World Wide Web. Gmail is one of the simplest and easiest to use email services, and it doesn't mean it doesn't have advanced features. There are many amazing features hidden from view. 1. Enable personal level indicators

If you want to know if an email was sent just to you, a group of people, or a full mailing list, you need to enable the Personal Status Viewer feature in your Gmail account. To activate the display for the personal level, follow the steps below.

  • Click the gear icon in the top right and select Settings.
  • On the General tab, scroll down to find personal level indicators.
  • Click Show Indicators to activate the feature in your account.

(>) A single arrow means the email was sent to you and a group of other people. (>>) Double arrow means that the e-mail was only sent to your e-mail address. No arrow means the email was sent to a mailing list.

2. Undo sent emails
