ENFJs prefer to deal with the people around them and accordingly have particularly good skills in dealing with people. ENFJs understand what moves others, see their potential and it is both their desire and their gift to bring these dormant potentials to light. They are “carers” and derive a significant part of their satisfaction from supporting and encouraging others.
Because ENFJs are so good at dealing with people, they rarely have problems getting what they want from others. They know exactly how to touch and move others and therefore usually get the reactions they want. Normally, ENFJs pursue rather unselfish goals, but it can also happen that ENFJs use their talents to manipulate situations or other people according to their ideas. On the other hand, this ability also enables them to find access to even the most reserved contemporaries.
ENFJs attach great importance to society and the opinions of their friends, and it is important for them to learn to spend time with themselves. This can be difficult because they are occasionally prone to excessive self-criticism and dark thoughts on their own. Accordingly, many ENFJs avoid being alone and fill their days with a variety of activities. Often they align their lives strongly with the needs of their neighbor and pay too little attention to their own needs. It is typical for this personality type to weight the wishes of others higher than your own - which can actually be problematic in extreme cases.
When it comes to talking about yourself and your feelings, the ENFJ is rather reserved despite his extroversion. Even deeply rooted overgrowths or values hold ENFJs back if they feel like they are scaring their counterparts. ENFJs interact with people in very individual ways and adapt to everyone. In the worst case, this can give the impression that they are not sincere and are talking to everyone. However, this is not the case, ENFJs do have beliefs and values that they can also articulate clearly. They do this too, but only as long as it doesn't get too personal. When a conflict arises between their beliefs and the needs of a friend, they often let their beliefs take a back seat.
People forget what you say, they also forget what you do. But they never forget how they felt about you.
An ENFJ can feel lonely even in the hustle and bustle of people. This feeling of loneliness can be exacerbated when the ENFJ steadfastly refuses to share its true feelings and concerns with others. Anyway, people love ENFJs, they are just fun to be with. they intuitively understand how people think and impress with their sincere friendliness and interest. ENFJs are direct and honest. They exude confidence and have the energy to put their ambitious plans into practice. You are smart, full of potential, full of energy, fast-paced and versatile.
ENFJs like it when things are sensibly organized, they go to great lengths to create efficient structures and to eliminate uncertainties in planning. When it comes to their home environment, they are usually neat to fussy. On the job, ENFJs work most effectively in positions where they interact with people, as this is their natural talent. Her amazing ability to understand, develop and motivate people predestines her for counseling and therapy tasks. ENFJs also like to be the center of attention and blossom when they can inspire or guide others, which in turn makes them great teachers.
Cold, impersonal logic, theorizing and hard facts without reference to anything human are not ENFJs. Nevertheless, their intuitive side dominates, which is expressed, for example, in the fact that they are enthusiastic about new plans and ideas, but rather disregard the successes they have achieved so far. Sometimes ENFPs live a little too much in the future and are disinterested or restless in the face of current reality.
An ENFJ with a particularly poorly developed “T” may have difficulty drawing correct conclusions from the information available. If their intuitive side is weak, ENFJs sometimes do not have a very broad horizon and judge prematurely without really understanding the situation. An ENFJ who has not found his place can also be overly sensitive to criticism and become overly concerned. He can also appear manipulative and controlling towards others.
On the inside, however, ENFJs primarily long for close and meaningful relationships with their fellow human beings. Accordingly, they invest a lot of time and effort in creating and maintaining such relationships, whereby they are very loyal and absolutely trustworthy friends. In general, ENFJs are charming, loving, kind, creative and diverse people, blessed with rich insights into what moves others within. This ability to see potential in others and the sincere desire to help it develop is what makes ENFJs particularly popular. As generous and compassionate as ENFJs are, they must not lose sight of their own needs.
