Dry paint can be harmful if swallowed

Attention - health hazard!

• Only squeeze as much paint out of the tube as you actually need.
• Close tubes and containers well.
• Wash the brush thoroughly with curd soap every now and then.
• Use 2 water containers - one for washing out and one for mixing the paint.
• Do not leave excess paint in the open container.
• Ventilate the studio well!
• Wash off the paint on the skin immediately with curd soap.
• Never paint with your hands. Use rubber gloves!
• Pay attention to cleanliness!
• Do not let children paint without supervision.
• Do not dry the paint with a hair dryer (hot air gun) or place it on the heater (risk of evaporation!).
• Do not put the canvas on the table and paint it upside down. An easel is better. Here vapors can escape upwards or downwards and are not inhaled directly.
• Do not drink or eat while working with the paints.
• Do not use bad-smelling paints and return them to specialist shops.
• Use only high quality artist paints from one brand.
• Tube colors are better than colors in bottles or buckets.
• Do not mix different brands together!
• Avoid no name products or cheap brands in large containers. Especially if the origin is not clearly clarified.
• Let pictures dry in an unused room or garage.
