Tips

  • Homemade mayonnaise made from raw egg should be used within 24 hours.
  • Do not expose sauces and co. To heat for hours, otherwise the shelf life will be reduced.
  • When removing from glasses, it makes sense to always use a clean spoon.
  • Always close bottles, glasses and tubes tightly so that sauces, mustard etc. cannot dry out and more oxygen can penetrate.
  • It is best to note the opening date on the packaging.

Store

Unopened ready-made sauces and Co. - packaging can be stored in the dark at room temperature; it is best to keep them open in the refrigerator.
