In the case of the imprecise question, there is only one very imprecise answer against: 30TDE-80 TDE.
Depends on many factors: buy or sell side, small asset management booth in Buxtehude or Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt or Goldman Sachs in London?
Equity Analyst is not a protected professional title; anyone can call themselves that and there is also no IGM standard contract with salary groups.

If you stay in Germany, you will hardly get into big asset managers or established brokers with a bachelor's degree. We're talking about the upper part of the range. Most of them are in Frankfurt, even if the number has decreased in recent years due to job cuts and relocation to London (on both sides).
Usually have at least one good master’s degree and then do a CFA or at least CIIA.
Often start with 50-65k plus a small bonus.

Very different. The BB have their teams in London. In Germany, the larger banks pay according to the tariff or sometimes directly AT (then the same level as IB). There is room for negotiation with the smaller banks.

But it is a difficult area because of MiFid II and negative structural trends.

Teams in Germany: DB, HSBC, Commerzbank, Kepler, MainFirst, Hauck, Warburg, Oddo, Lampe, Metzler, Baader.
